The sun shone down on a fantastic collection of cars for the whole weekend at the VBOA rally held in Billing Aquadrome, Northampton. Due to my commitments manning the Club Regalia stand, I only had the chance to take a few photo's of the concours.

i200 Line up ! |

On the Saturday evening in the setting sun, we lined up the three genuine Irmscher i200's that were present for a photo shoot. They came from all over the country. These photos show how different i200 can be, as each was made according to the original buyers specifications. One of these cars now sports aftermarket wheels however.

With less than twenty i200's known to be surviving in the UK, it was an opportunity too good to miss to line them up and take some photos !
The Rothmans decals kit was fitted as a tribute to Rothmans sponsorship of the Opel Rally programme of the eigthies. |

The final image is the impressive V8 engined A series, which was awarded the Car of the show trophy. Also featured is my personal favourite 'car of the show', the fantastic Opel Manta 400 featured in a recent edition of Manta Magic - awesome !
